Cary Fox
Los Angeles-based Cary Fox has been called “The King of Fling” and the Art World’s “best kept secret” because of his technique of throwing paint wildly against his canvases and proclivity to shun the spotlight. Not if NY’s MOMA can help it, as he is considered a “Rising Contributor” and can be located on the official MOMA FaceBook page (you have to apply to be a member to view these works).
Mr. Fox is also a character actor and has appeared with such film stars as George C. Scott, Max Von Sydow, Christopher Plummer, Martin Sheen, John Malkovich and Dennis Quaid. As a musician, he also fronts his own Rock Band (CAREY FOX and DARK MATTER) and has several original music videos on YouTube.
